How to Play Escaping the Prison

The game kicks off with Henry Stickman, your character, in a solitary prison cell guarded by mocking security delivering you a package. This is where the game's theme of choice begins. Being a puzzle game, the decisions you make determine if your next move will lead to a legitimate escape attempt. Throughout, you get to uncover your character through trial scenes and a backstory of the bank robbery that landed you in jail.

The initial package holds a cake with various potential items hidden inside—you get to choose what's in the box! Pick from an energy drink, a teleporter, and a cell phone, and witness the unfolding scenarios based on your choice.

The Impact of Choices

You're not just presented with escape choices; in certain scenarios, you also have a say in how your trial plays out. The game is multi-layered, so what you see doesn't necessarily adhere to linear time.

Choose the Cell Phone

This scenario gives Henry Stickman additional decisions to make. Utilizing the cell phone to contact his lawyer leads to another courtroom scenario where you need to select the decisive piece of evidence.

Select among trial evidence, such as a money bag hidden by your character, a shovel, an enigmatic device, surveillance video footage, a detective's letter, or bank floor plans. What will you choose? Will it secure Stickman's freedom?

There's only one way to find out.

Choose the NrG Drink

In this scenario, Henry escapes from prison but at great cost. The energy drink grants him enough strength to physically bend bars and flee, yet on his way out, he suffers a heart attack and perishes.

Choose the Teleporter

Henry successfully flees prison using the teleporter. He's propelled out of the facility, but unfortunately, he meets his demise in this scenario as the teleporter lands him in clear view of a firing range where he becomes the primary target.

We won't spoil all the scenarios for you because part of the fun is experiencing the repercussions of your choice. So, go ahead and decide!
